Marrakech was our little escape from winter in Romania, thinking that February in another country would be fun! It turned out to be a crazy place with such different culture, people rushing for their everyday jobs or children dressed in white uniforms, waking up at seven for school and filling the streets of the city. I loved the feeling, especially in the morning when the streets were filled with the sunrise light, made it feel calm despite the rush of everyone else.

I wanted to photograph everything but I kept it subtle as the people here feel offended to get too close to them and take a snap. We were amazed of this pretty town, we walked the narrow streets and welcomed the unknown, we loved all the colors, the food, the handmade shops. The most visited square was the Medina, full of merchants, you need a whole day to get lost and explore it. So this is a glimpse of real life in Marrakech!
